    • In case you are paying online, you will receive a payment confirmation ID if the payment is successful. Please store the confirmation ID for any future references.
    • If you have not received any confirmation ID or the payment is unsuccessful, please verify with the respective bank to know if the account has been debited. If the amount is debited and the payment is unsuccessful, it will be refunded to the source account within 10 to 12 working days.
