TARIFF (PER NIGHT)

GROUP of 6 (Three Bedroom Luxury Villa with Private Pool)
INR 70,000 per night including taxes

GROUP of 8 (Four Bedroom Luxury Villa with Private Pool)
INR 90,000 per night including taxes

The tariff includes all meals and exclusive use of Villa in all cases.

    EXTRA ADULT  : INR 4500 per night per person including all meals, extra bedding & taxes


    CHILD POLICY:

    • Kids upto 8 years, stay & dine on a complimentary basis, sharing the existing bedding with parents.
    • Kids aged 9 years & above, will be charged @ INR 4500 per night per person inclusive of all meals

    PAYMENT & DEPOSIT POLICIES
    • An advance of 50% is required at the time of booking and full payment is required 30 days before arrival.
    • If your booking is made within 30 days of arrival, we expect full advance payment to confirm your booking within two working days.

    CANCELLATION POLICIES
      • If cancellation is done 30 or more days prior to arrival, then full amount will be refunded.
      • If cancellation is done within 0-30 days of arrival - No refund.
